Created by Jennifer O'Conner and voted First Prize Winner of the 1999 Sheridan Bake-Off!
- Refried beans, nacho cheese and salsa - covered with onions, black olives and taco beef - topped with a trio of cheeses: mozzarella, cheddar and monterey-jack. Lettuce, tomatoes and crushed tortilla chips added after baking - sour cream and jalapeno peppers served on the side

Want'a kick this one up-a-notch? ... Add LAMB!
- Onions, spinach, ripe black olives and feta cheese over tzatziki sauce then covered with real Wisonsin mozzarella cheese

Chicken Alfredo
